A group of leading companies in the Arab world will participate in the “100 Days of the Leader” program, organized by the Leadership Development Center in partnership with the International Expertise House Group on June 8 at the Hotel Gorion in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Director of the Leadership Development Center, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Duraih pointed out that the preparations for the program started from an early date until it comes out in a manner that meets the aspirations of the leaders of companies in the Arab world in light of the continuous development.
The program contributes to the development of leadership skills at all levels. It is an intense program that unleashes and inspires task managers to be great leaders who excel and make a difference.
The consultant, Robert Hargrove, invited Arab leaders to participate in the program, which will be held for the first time in the Arab world over three days. It includes preparing a 100-day work plan with performance goals and completion dates and discussing them individually with each participant. The first is to secure early victories, manage alliances and other skills needed for great leaders.
“The program will play an active role in enhancing the performance of our company and will be able to adopt international best practices in the field of leadership,” said Abdullah Al-Dubeikhi, CEO of Saudi Agricultural Investment and Animal Production Company (SALEC).
