After the signing of an agreement between the International Expertise House for Administrative Development and the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Foundation as the sponsor of the “Quality Management Experts Project”, the IEHAD has signed this project with the participation of 15 charitable societies in the Makkah Region, which will continue to be implemented for 60 days.
It includes many activities that contribute to its success and achievement of its objectives. The first stage that the International Expertise House started its work in the project is the preparation of criteria for evaluation and selection of the participating associations and field demarcation of the evaluation and meeting with the leaders of the target associations, and technical arrangements for the rehabilitation and training of leaders and workers of the participating associations and the rehabilitation of quality management specialists in the target associations.
Dr. Mustafa Al-Mumari, CEO of the International Expertise House, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Foundation for sponsoring this project which will be held over two months and includes a series of workshops that contribute to raising public awareness of quality and self-construction of the quality management system within the associations, in order to achieve the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in quality and to contribute to raise the level of performance of charitable organizations and improve the quality of its services.
Al-Mumari pointed out that the project includes a public educational evening (quality in the charitable sector) targeting 150 participants, two workshops in the preparation of experts and quality reviewers for 30 participants, pointing out that the deadline for receiving the desire to participate by the associations in Makkah area, the last date to receive the request for participation from the associations of 18 Shawwal. He pointed out that the preparations for the project started from an early date until it comes out to meet the needs of the charity sector
