As part of its efforts to build integrated strategic partnerships, the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Charity Foundation signed a project agreement to build a partnership system with the International Expertise House, this project aims at developing a documented application system for the management of partner relations so that it is implemented in line with the strategic plan and priorities of the Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Charity Foundation and its operational plans by finding an effective strategy for the relations of partners.
The Advisory Group started by the International Expertise House in coordination and cooperation with the Department of Partnerships at Al-Subaie Charity Foundation to hold several workshops with the Directors of the Foundation’s departments to clarify the strategic and clear methodology of the project and its outputs.
