Professional Customer Service

The International Expertise House has organized a professional customer service program for the staff of the Public Telecommunications Corporation, where the program was presented by Dr. Mahmoud Maloum at the Dorsett regecy Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The program was presented to the two groups of employees of the Foundation for two weeks, the program was held for the first group from 8 to 13 September 2014 and the second group from 15 to 20 September 2014.

The training days included entertainment visits to both groups for the most famous tourist attractions in Malaysia such as the Light City, the Water City, Putrajaya, the city of Al-Sahab and others
